Like any provider worth its salt, ShootProof sought to continue to improve its product and ensure that the customers' needs were being met along the way. As the User Researcher at ShootProof, I was responsible for getting qualitative and quantitative data and customer feedback to help inform product improvement.

I coordinated standard onsite "studio visits" where I reached out to customers in the Atlanta area, visited them where they work and not only observed how they use ShootProof's product in their natural environment, but did usability testing for upcoming products.

I facilitated usability tests at two regional tradeshows, conducted remote usability tests for upcoming features, pulled metrics about customer behavior and adoption and presented to internal teams about recommendations stemming from research findings.
