As Content Manager for Vocalocity, I coordinated a series of monthly Customer Spotlight sessions. I interviewed customers over the phone, developed a PDF case study based on their answers, developed an interview script, and hired and coordinated regional videographers to complete video testimonials. These videos were featured on Vocalocity’s website, and promoted through social media. While I provided a guideline for interviewees to stay on topic, the candid videos reflect the user’s opinions of their service, and serve as a goodwill collateral and element of brand evangelism.
In order to prominently feature these videos on Vocalocity’s corporate website, I directed web developers and designers to customize a sidebar element, mantle element, and interior page element to feature a headshot of the current spotlight customer. Each month, upon publication, I take a still image and crop it to maintain a consistent look and feel with the website. I notify the company about the availability of the content, and it is used both as a device for lead generation and customer retention.
